How to send photos taken on LG Shine Cell Phone?

I'm really struggling with how to send a simple photo taken w/ my cell phone camera (an LG Shine from AT&T). Does any1 know how to send the photo without having to type in my whole email address every time? (that has been the only way I could do it. I'd like to send it to myself, be able to edit it and then have it stored on my computer, to send to others). Thanks!

1. if you don't want to have to type your email every time then go to contacts, new contact, you name it but you don't put a phone number you go down to email and fill that out with your email and then you can go to the pictures you want push send and go down, select the contact that has your email and send. hope this helped :)
