How to get a verizon ringtone that came with the phone for att?

Hey, my friend has this really cool ringtone for verizon i think its called ringtone 19, and i was wondering if i could get that for my att phone. do you know a site or how? thanks :) well i cant find it on any of these free sites: Myxer, Cellsea, or Ventones.
