Changing phone plans?

I was wondering if the Env2 from verizon wireless would work for the u.s. cellular service plan.. I just got the Env2 and am switching phone companies and really dont want to buy a new phone, so im hoping that this will work with the us cellular service.

1. I believe that Verizon is the one phone company in which you cannot change plans- they spec their phones without SIM cards; the little computer chip that you slide in and out of different phones.
2. Sorry they are not comptable. THey the companies do this for a reason to keep customers. It is unfortunate.
