How do you set a ring tone for restricted calls only on the Verizon LG EnV Touch?

I can't figure out how to set a ring tone for restricted or unavailable calls for the Verizon LG EnV Touch. On every other Verizon cell phone I had I was able to set ring tones for "All Calls, Caller ID, or Resricted Calls." And I'm not asking how to make ring tones, I'm asking how to set a ring tone you already have to ring only when you recieve restricted or unavailable calls.
