How do i reset or fix my verizon LG enV 2?

My verizon wireless LG enV 2 keeps on turning on and off by itself and when it is finally on after about a minute it freezes up and then it turns off. How do i reset it or fix it with out deleting anything on my phone. Also I have had it for under a year. With the warranty can i get a new one even though it is kinda beat up.

1. You could try to reset the phone just to default settings. Warranty will not cover the phone if it has physical damage done to it or water damage. Warranty will send you a refurbished Env2.
