How can I call my husbands att cell phone while hes in kuwait?

I have a go phone and he has a att contract phone. he can call me by dialing 001 plus my number. i was told to dial 011-965 then his number but it wont work. does anyone know ANYTHING?

2. 011-965 and the 8 digit number are for KUWAITI phone numbers. If he has a US phone with a US phone number you should only have to dial his area code and 7 digit phone number. AT&T and Wataniya (one of the Kuwait cell service providers) are sort of linked in that Wataniya will provide service to AT&T mobile numbers, but it is very expensive in terms of roaming charges. He would do better to try to get an unlocked phone and a Wataniya or Zain SIM chip and pay for local service. A basic phone is about $50 and the SIM chip is about $45 dollars (a KD is about $3.43 USD) Good luck. In the meantime, maybe communicate by email for free.
