Can I buy an LG chocolote cell phone and make it into a prepaid?

I dont like those gay cell phones that are prepaid.. So, can I buy an LG and just put minutes on it somehow? How would I do that?

1. yep. you just tell the store. and she'll be like. 'WE GOT THE CONTRACTS AND THE PAY AND TALK.' just ask her for a pay and talk one. it comes with 50dlrs for it. (:
