What is a good phone with Wifi that doesn't require a Data plan?

My contract has ended with T-Mobile, and am looking for new ones. I want a phone with Wifi for internet browsing, youtube and such, but don't really need the Data plan since I do not need to check email constantly. The Plan is $30/Month which is way to much for me. I was looking at E71x from AT&T but it need a data plan. Anything with Windows Mobile or Symbian will do

1. i don't think that you can get a phone without a data plan unless you buy it out right
2. Most likely there isn't one but you could see you could by a phone full price and pay for voice only and use the wifi for Internet E.C. or look for the Sony product that acts like a Messaging device for Email, I.M. etc through wifi and requires no plan at all (to bad I forget wat its called).
