If i have wifi on my phone does it cost extra if i downloaded youtube for my mobile phone?

I have wifi on my phone and i downloaded the youtube application. I want to know if it costs anything to use youtube on my phone?

1. If you're connected to the internet via wifi then your cell provider can't charge you for anything.
2. I would say the answer is yes, most carriers charge a fee for downloading extras, but you should check with your wireless carrier to check if what and any fees may apply
