Where can I find a cheap device that can function with GPS or detailed maps and will also work as a WiFi phone

I would like to find a palm, handheld, PDA, smartphone or something along those lines that can function with wifi as a wifi phone and also has GPS or at least detailed maps available for it.

2. I think the cheapest Wifi phone that can do VoIP and GPS navigation is the Nokia e61, though you will need to purchase a Bluetooth GPS receiver and some software to get it going.
