Do I have to pay a fee to connect to my home network on my wifi cell phone?

So, I've been contemplating the purchase of a new cell phone, perferrably one with a QWERTY keyboard and wifi access. But say I'd want to connect to my own wireless router in my home while sitting on the couch, would I have to pay a fee to (AT&T) connect?

6. I have the 8525 w/ ATT and I use wifi at home on it all the time. It's free as long as you're using wifi.
