I want a Metro PCS LG cell phone but i have t-mobile service. How do I unlock it?

Who knows some websites that have cheap prices for new Metro PCS LG cell phones?

1. look online for an unlock code and cable set that you will have to use a computer hook up your phone and follow directions that come with cable and code it will cost like 40 bucks though
