What is the best phone with wifi, amd ms office under $350?

I need a phone for t-mobile, but i wanna use my wireless router as its internet source so i dont have to pay a bunch of money for internet,I want it to have microsoft word. Im in the US. And gps would be nice too. any ideas?

1. the wing, has wi-fi and it has micosoft mobile 6.0. i don't know about the gps. but it seems to be a nice phone, i think it's touch screen too. hope this helps.
