What is the least expensive, best possible wifi phone that is compatible with browser verification and skype?

My research has led me to PSP. The new PSP 3000 has a built in mic, and works well, from what I've researched. The problem is it's a gaming system, and doesn't really have a keypad...

1. I wud highly recommend the nokia n95. great fone loaded with features that wud easily cater for the needs u describe. I dont know where ur from but here in the uk u can get secondhand 95s for under £100 pound now and unlocked. Also look at the LG Viewty. another great fone but th added advanageor not depends how u luk at it of touch screen technology. Both are compatible with skype Hope this helps
