LG Wireless Phone

I just recently bought a Netgear WiFi phone with skype SPH200W (no pc required). routers and adapter needed?

I can not figure out how to use this netgear phone. Do I need a router and an adapter ? Is there anyone out there that knows alot about this phone and could help me?
