How can I download free ringtones for my LG cell phone without having to pay anything at all?

not having to pay even a first time fee. it is one of the Alltel LG Scoop. I need to get it from an Alltel compatible ringtone.

2. http://www.unlimited-ringtones.ventones.org the only free way to get ringtones is to make your own. if you own the mp3 file , you have the right to cut it and convert it into a ringtone. I use the site Ventones to make my own ringtones for FREE
3. dbringers.info/ from ur cell phone web...ringers may be too large for some phones to download but works great with my centro and my husbands instinct. absolutly 100% free..only site i use. addinf new ringers every few days
