PLEASe help!!!!?

my mom, brother, and I are looking to get some new cell phones with qwest. on the qwest site it tells you some of the features ( https://shop.qwest.com/en/US/wireless/service?cmd=QW_PlansList&marketSegment=RES ). where it says "free calls between all wireless phones on the plan", does that mean that it will still use up the amount of minutes that we get, or not?

The plans on Qwest are free call between landland and cell phones means that if you have Qwest as your residential phone (landline) and also a customer of Qwest cell phone then your call are free (not deducted from your minutes) between each other. There is also free mobile to mobile which means if you call another Qwest cell phone customer then the calls between the two are free (not deducted from your minutes).
