qwuest wireless????

k, i have already asked this but ill try again. people have sent me pics to my phone, but if you use qwest wireless you need internet on your phone to get to them. i do not have internet on my phone, so i cant get to them from my phone. is there a website that i can go to and see my pictures? please help me!!! thank you!
