LG Wireless Phone

Verizon Wireless Cell phone replacement?

I migrated from Qwest to Verizon Cell phone service as Verizon bought Qwest Wireless. I went with an LGENV2. That phone did not access the internet like I thought it would. I exchanged it for BlackBerry 8330. I have had a lot of problems with BlackBerry. It is just not made to be a phone. I cannot use a Bluetooth. I was not given full disclosure and mislead on Blackberry charges and internet access. I want to buy and keep BlackBerry, not exchange and go back to LG Env2 but a discount price which is $49 after rebate right now. or LG Voyager in Titanium. I have talked to people in Verizon "Executive Office" and only offered $50 off full price. I cannot afford BlackBerry Service. Why should I be punished because I am exsisting customer. I also have another cell phone so they are making $$ on me. Any leads for Executive level help?

  1. If you didn't like the blackberry you should have exchanged it within the 30 days allowed for that exact reason. You're lucky they even bothered to offer you a $50 discount off of full retail price of a new phone. You're almost always required to pay full retail with no discount if you want to get a new phone before you're elligble. You're not being punished... you had the chance to exchange the phone and didn't... This is the same practice any company in the mobile world has. You always have the option to look on the internet/ebay and find a phone cheaper and activate that on your line. It's not like they are forcing you to keep the blackberry active or to buy a new phone directly from them.
