Can I turn music into a ringtone for my LG Chocolate phone from Verizon Wireless?

I have a micro SD card. I don't have a USB cable. And I don't have text messaging. Anyone know how I can turn my music into ringtones from my PC possibly through my SD card? And I'm looking for a free way. P.S My phone is a LG chocolate from Verizon Wireless.

2. you cant turn your existing music on your phone into a ringtone with vzw, but there are websites that you can download actual music to your phone. some are free.
