Are there any Verizon Wireless phones that have a Chinese operating system?

I'm looking for a cellphone for my grandmother, and she wants one with a Chinese operating system. Is there any phone on Verizon that has one? It can be any phone, it just needs to be able to dial and receive calls and messages. Thanks in advance!
