Can wireless "home phone" handsets give off radiation similarly to cell phones?

So its a widely known theory that cell phones give off cancerous radiation. so has it been found wireless handsets give off the same radiation? I would theorize no. and that home phones give off radiowaves as opposed to microwaves which (if im not mistaken) is sent from cell phones.
