LG Wireless Phone

Can I use the LG Voyager or the Samsung Glyde with US Cellular?

These phones are for Verzion Wireless but my cell phone provider is US Cellular. Would I be able to buy one of these and then get it activated at US Cellular, or are they locked like the iPhone and can only be used with Verizon? Does anyone know?
