Hi, Basically LG Secret is a triband phone that operates under the following frequencies: GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 Since it is a gsm tri-band phone, it can work under cellular one network that also operates under gsm frequencies. However, I've read that some cellular one provider operates under CDMA and these are: Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania Cellular One Bermuda However, the rest of the cellular one providers are operates under GSM frequencies so just in case you're not in the area mentioned above, you can use LG secret for sure. My Cellular One is supposed to be changing over to Verizon next year & Verizon is a CDMA carrier. You might check with them to see if your service is going to be switched over soon, because then your GSM phone won't work & you'll have to get a CDMA....that's what I'll have to do!
