How do I unlock my US Cellular, LG phone?

1. You can either buy the unlock code online OR you can call USC and ask them for the unlock code - they can give it to you maybe for free if you meet their requirements.
2. normally its the last 4 digits in your phone number. like if your number is 123-9888...your unlock code would be 9888. You can change it if you want.
