Is there any way Verizon Wireless can locate where a lost cell phone is even though the battery is dead?

The phone model is an LG-VX3200 and it is GPS/E-911 enabled. It was lost a few days ago. The battery is drained so I have not been able to call it.

  3. From my experience with Cingular, its not possible
  4. I'm pretty sure it has to have power for gps to work...sorry. But to be sure, call verizon and ask.
