Lost Cell Phone - Will Insurance Cover?

I recently lost my verizon phone (LG Dare), and I've been under contract for over two years. Currently I'm not under contract anymore, since it's been over two years. I pay for insurance and I was wondering if they would cover it? I know I have to pay atleast $50, but will I have to pay full price?

1. Y would they cover you being flighty and losing your cell? you are not under a contract and you apparently like the service you are getting so get a new phone at a discounted rated and sign a new contract.
2. if you've been paying insurance, of course they would replace it. Also, if you are not under contract and are continuing at old rate, if you re-up for 2 years you will probably get a new phone - which you should do because if you pass up the chance when renewing contract they will not let you do it later.
