  1. Do not under any circumstances attempt to power your phone on once it has been exposed to liquid. Take the back off the phone and remove the battery. Sit the phone and the battery on a surface that emits heat, such as the top of a DVD player or a TV. Let it sit out for at least 48 hours. You can also try putting the phone in a ziploc bag filled to the top with dry rice overnight or for up to 48 hours. Good luck. I've had bad luck with toilets eating my cell phones.
  2. Ouchies :( Dry it out in a fan for 20 thousand years. You might be able to fool AT&T and say the thing just stopped working...
  3. get a new one. as in buy a new one. but there is a possibility it still works. so turn it on (if you can) and see if it works
  4. get a new one. I dropped one in a cup of water and it didn't work, so I got a new one.
  5. SOUNDS LIKE YOUR UP SHIT CREEK WITHOUT A PADDLE
  6. Try my steps below and your phone actually might start working again. You can buy a new phone at $50 if you are covered my insurance. If not insurance you'll have to pay full price. I already know warranty doesn't cover water damage. (1) IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THE BATTERY. VERY VERY IMPORTANT! (2) As soon as possible (preferably within 20-30 minutes). dissassemble the phone using Torx T6 screwdriver. (Get this off eBay or service depots, etc) Make an emergency trip to Sears/RadioShack/ACE/service depot/etc. (3) Clean/dry as much as you can, using Q-Tips (4) Dry the electronics components under a desk lamp on a paper towel for 24 hours. (5) Use a blow dryer, set on warm. Blow dry the phone. Make sure your battery and sim card are out of the phone. (6) Put your phone in rice for 24 hours w/ battery and sim out (7) Reassemble the phone (8) Put back together (9) Only now it's safe to put the battery back in. You can also leave the battery and sim out. Leave your phone out in the sun. Let it dry.
