AT&T Cell Phone Question?

Ok, so I want to get a cell phone for my b-day on Dec 9. I want to share a plan with my aunt who lives in San Jose, CA (I live in Fairfax, Virginia). This means we'll be sharing minutes and stuff. I want to get either the LG VU or AT&T Quickfire as my cell phone. Here are some questions: 1. Att.com says that the LG VU is not available in San Jose. Can I still get the phone? Remember, my aunt owns the account, so SHE has to get the phone set up, not me. 2. The LG VU and the AT&T Quickfire both sell for $299.99(No commitment) They also both sell for $149.99 with a two year contract. Do I qualify for the two year contract price of 149.99 even though I'm just adding a line? Thanks! Oh yeah, my aunt already has an account. She's not starting a new one.

1. you qualify for the two year contract, because I did when I got my first phone, and there's a chance that she might be able to order it online, or she could come to where you live to activate the phone.
2. my husband has the vu and i have the quickfire yes when you add a line you are given the upgrade price and also i think you two will both enjoy your phones we do .
