what is considered a long distance phone call for an ATT plan?

for example, if someone lives in miami with att cingular and someone in orlando has att cingular can you talk for free?

3. First of all, don't use "att cingular." Yes, you can talk for free. For cell phones, long distance is calling an international number. You can call anywhere in the USA for free (minutes are charged if the calls are not AT&T to AT&T.
4. Hold off, it might not be free. It depends on what plan you have. I think most AT&T plans have long distance included in them. Best check your plan details to see if long distance is included in there. You can also check to see if you have free mobile to mobile mintues. Not all AT&T plans have free mobile to mobile minutes.
