How do I send my own pictures from the Internet to my cell phone?

I tried to sent it via Photobucket but it doesn't support Alltel or my phone, the LG Scoop (AX260). It would be nice to find a free way to do it, but I don't mind if I have to pay .99 per picture or something. Thanks :)

1. As long as you are on the Alltel network they have a free picture hosting service thing. Just go to axcessmypics.com. It's easy and you can even send pictures to your phone with it. It's what I use.
