when you get a cell phone with blue tooth can you upload a picutre gallary to your PC free?

Or do you have to PAY for every photo you up load ALSO what about SONGS if you have an IPOD PHONE do you have to PAY or is it just like any other I POD.......think i got RIPPED here with my Verizon Pre paid LG CHOCOLATE 8550 IPOD phone and Camera/Vidio The two things I was just ASSUMING I would be able to do with BLUE TOOTH Technology or a usb cable and IPOD phone were Use it like ANY ipod and also upload photos Free of charge to my PC......now I just have a $99 phone AFTER the $50 rebate that IS.....which isnt all that bad really. But i should have ASKED silly me

1. Bluetooth doesn't cost anything. Its phone to phone or pc in this case.
2. Bluetooth is free to use, no matter how many files you send or receive. I'm not sure what you mean by those charges... (then again, I am in UK. Maybe it's a US thing).
