LG Neon help and cell phone plan help?

Hi, im only 11 but i need some help. I have a samsung phone but i want the lg neon for texting. I am in the middle of a two year contract. I wanna switch in the middle of my contract but i dont get how much the phone will cost. the phone is 79.99 without a rebate. Help?

1. without an upgrade it can cost anywhere up to $600. I didn't have an upgrade on my iphone but i wanted the new one and had to pay $550
