Please answer! Att phone plan help.?

My phone is broken. I do NOT want the same phone.If I want and need a new phone,but can't afford at the moment to pay the full price for one,will Att let me cancel one of my lines,and on the same day add a new one? In that way I would be able to get a free phone with a new line. Please answer,I need to know ASAP!!!!

1. u can just get a go phone at walmart and put ur sim card in the phone. works perfect
2. Depends on how long you've had the phone that you broke, how close you are to being out of contract. If you are close, they may do an exception upgrade. It is possible.
