Can you cancel your phone plan on att and still have the dsl plan?

Where did you go to find out?

1. No...having a phone line is one of the requirements!
2. Without a phn ln you can't get dsl. So you need a carrier. Even for dial up AOL.
3. Unless your DSL is provided by someone like speakeasy.net, you must have an active phone line to get DSL.
