Do radio-shack employees get discounts on cellular phones and plans? (such as att phones and plans)?

Well, im about to start my new job this coming up monday at radio-shack, and i was just curious, because im in need of a new cell phone, i wasnt sure if i should wait, till i start working, or just get one online, Att.com has the refurbished 8525 for only $100! when you get a minutes plan, and a text or data plan, which is perfect for me, however the local store that i will be working at doesnt even carry PDA/ Smartphones, however if i buy the phone now, will i be able to use my radio shack discount on my cellular plan? or will i be stuck paying retail for the monthly plan, Please some one help me.

1. I, myself, work for Radio Shack. The store I work for, though, only sells Sprint and Cellular One (or Dobson), plus Virgin Mobile and the pay as you go phones. With both providers, employees must pay retail price for the phone, but get a discount on our monthly bills. Which to me is a pretty good deal, because the saved money month after month adds up and surpasses the cost of buying a new phone. Basically we can get a plan with unlimited everything, and only pay like, 30 dollars a month. But, I don't know how At&t does things. You'll just have to check it out.
