can i change the LG Dare phone to a ATT phone plan?

im thinking about getting the LG dare and i was wondering if i could flash it to ATT

1. LG Dare is a Verizon phone and Verizon uses CDMA technology for their cell service while AT&T uses GSM. There is no way to convert a CDMA phone to use GSM or to convert a GSM phone to CDMA. So you will have to get a GSM phone if you want AT&T service. Look on eBay as LG make make a GSM version of the phone for sale in Europe or Asia (even though it would work for voice, it most likely wouldn't work for data).
