about att cell phone plans?

I was trying to decide between propel and the iphone with i phone i have to get a 30 media plan and with the propel i get a 10 dollar internet service what is the difference in internet and media?(iphone and propel are the two phones i was looking at) comments are welcome on the iphone and propel need to know if you are pro or con on either one.

1. It depends on the use you need to make of a cell phone. If you send/receive lots of emails, surf the internet on your phone, want maps with gps and so on then I'd suggest you to go for the iPhone 3G. I have it, never had a problem with it and it's awesome.
