Can I keep my ATT DSL Internet service if I want to cancel my ATT local home phone number?

I bought magicjack phone and want to cancel my ATT home basic local phone but i want to keep my att dsl internet. Does any one have any idea,is that possible?

1. I believe you can keep DSL through AT&T and rid yourself of the landline but it will cost more for DSL because they will charge you for a service line to use the DSL on. I wanted to go this route also but it was cheaper to go with a basic bundle with voice and internet at lower speed.
2. Yes you can. I bought the Ooma in Janaury and now only have DSL/no land line. However, be aware that ATT charges $10 extra per month if you only have DSL! Comcast cable also charges $12 more if you just have a cable modem without cable TV. Sheesh.
