How much does it cost to send a text message on an ATT Go Phone.?

How much does it cost to send a text message on an ATT Go Phone? And does it cost anything to open/recive one? because on my tracfone i cost to open a text message.

2. $.20 a message no matter whether it was sent or received. even if you don't open up a message you still get charged for it.
