Alltel To Verizon Wireless Question?

Ok my contract is up the 22nd of August. I was with Alltel but now im with Verizon! Does that mean I can get any phone I want? Or do I have to pay? Please help me im very confused! So like I have a Razor the old kind from like 2 years ago. Does that mean when my contract is up I can only get a razor? Or can I pick any phone I want? And also would I have to pay anything for the phone I want? Also ive never had to get a new phone or exchange it for any difficulties. Thanks! Phone I Have : Ok my contract is up the 22nd of August. 1. Yes you are eligible for an upgrade and NO, the phones you want will not be free. The Blackberry Curve will be 119.99 and it also requires a 29.99 monthly data feature subscription. The second phone the LG enV3 is 129.99. When you are eligible to upgrade [you should be now] you can chose which phone you want. The difference between a Blackberry and an LG is a lot to explain. If you have to ask what the difference is... you probably should not even be considering purchasing a Blackberry. A Blckberry is a smart phone... it is used mainly for emailing and web capabilities used by business oriented people. Go to the store and check them out.
2. completely agree with the person above me.. only when you go to purchase a phone. go to walmart, the env3 is 69.99 and the curve i think is free? maybe. with the 2 year activation. i just got the LG dare, HIGHLY recommend! I got it for 49.99 :)
