Can I use a wifi enabled cell/mobile phone (like nokia E51) to make free calls to a PC using skype?

I am going abroad (Sweden) for my master studies. So, Is it possible to use a wifi enabled cell phone and talk for free to a pc at home using skype? (Obviously, i will have to pay for the wifi connection)
