Rogers wireless text messaging in canada? easy 10 pts?

so im going to be leaving to montreal in a few days and i have a rogers wireless phone with unlimited messaging, that includes free picture video text im and email. i live in windsor and montreal is 900km away, will i be charged long distance for texting or will it still be under my unlimited messaging because im still IN canada. also will my windows live still be unlimited or will i get long distance charged for that too? can you make sure you have absolute proof of your facts because if i end up getting charged my parents will kill me, thanks alot:)
