eBay. I've had a lot of luck with plastic and leather cases, SIM chips, extra power adapters, etc. They key is to make sure that whatever money you save you don't spend on shipping. A clear Razr case for 99-cents with a free car adapter isn't a good deal if you pay $18 shipping as you can get both for $15 total in a store. Pick a reputable seller - one with a store and a decent shipping and return policy. Remember though, you get what you pay for. In my area - Los Angeles - you can go to a lot of little carts and stores in ethnic - usually Asian neighborhoods and get girly accessories - Hello Kitty charms, cases, etc. - for dirt cheap. I only mention Asian neighborhoods because I'm into Sanrio.
I agree, you can always find good prices on eBay! But http://www.cellphoneshop.net/ also has some good deals and you can shop by your cell phone model.
They have cheap stuff at the flea market every weekend.
