LG Wireless Phone

I have a LG KU990 (Viewty) and an Ipod Touch...any way to turn my phone into a wifi hotspot?

There is the Joikuspot program for Nokia phones, but are there other programs like that for LG phones??? And, buying a router is not an option for me.
