How to know if Nokia N78 phone is able to connect to WiFi?

I would like to buy Nokia N78 but i am confused . In many sites i have found that it is able to connect to WiFi . But in the Official Nokia site doesn't write anywhere about WLan capabilities.What is going on about WiFi phones? I don't want to end up with a phone just capable of connecting to the internet by charging me extra money!!!I don't care about the fancy new hsdpa (or whatever they call them )technologies. I want easy access to any wifi 802.11 b/g compliant broadcast anywhere any time with full support of wep, wpa ,wpa2 encryption.Do i have to pay for an expensive phone device to have this support ?

1. I am user of Nokia N78. I would like to tell you that the handset supports WLAN (Wi-Fi), which can let your phone use the internet connection that you have on your PC. Click on 'Explore' and see the 'Connectivity' section. I think it's the cheapest phone with Wi-Fi and full web browser.
