How do you make your Nokia E-series phone as a WiFi access point?

I would like to use the HSDPA signal as my Internet connection and spread share the connection to other laptops using the Nokie E-series as a WiFi access point. How do you do this?

1. There is a freeware program called joikuspot. The light program lets you share your connection. The premium version lets you use it to connect to a vpn network. Works great.
