Can I mail a 7h x 7w x 5d cm cell phone accessory in an envelope?

It's a small lightweight stuffed animal that's a cell phone accessory/keychain. I want to mail it in a 6" x 9.5" manila envelope. If I can mail it like this, can I use regular stamps? How do I know how many stamps to put on depending on the weight? Thanks in advance!

1. You can use regular stamps but you will need to have it weighed to get the right amount. Don't use a regular envelope. It will screw up the postal machinery. Put it in a strong, padded envelope so that it won't bust through when they run it through the roller machines. ..
