How to switch Cameras on Lg Xenon Cell phone (LG GR500R)?

Hello, I have LG Xenon (LG GR500R) This cell phone has 2 cameras on it 1 for taking pictures and videos and the 2nd is for video calling I was wondering if it was possible if i could use the video calling camera to take pictures AND if this is possible, how can i switch between the cameras.

1. You may be confused there is only one camera. there is also a flash option and no you cannot. ~~~kyle~~~
