How to connect your cell phone to the net using a computer?

Hello I would like to know if I could connect my HTC Touch P3050 to the internet using my computer. I do not want to connect my computer to the net using my cell phone I want the opposite, connect your cell phone using the computer. I have broadband cable 3mbps down connection and 500kbps upload.
